Our 6-Stage Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Consultation
We start off with a talent insight session between us and the hiring manager. In this session we go over the problems, reason why the position is open, the job description, and requalify the must-have’s & nice to haves.

Stage 2: Technical Testing Consult
We bring the technical hiring managers into our integrated development environment, where they can choose between 99+ languages and frameworks they’d like candidates to be tested on. Our system has proctoring capability so we can catch candidates who potentially may cheat.
Stage 3: Screening
We go to market to meticulously headhunt (no spraying and praying your brand), candidates that we believe would be a fit for the role. From there we ask them a series of hard hitting questions, to look for behavioural and technical competency.

Stage 4: Testing
Provided the candidate passes the screening, they will be asked to complete the coding tests in the IDE. If they are able to pass those we will present the candidate to the hiring manager.

Stage 5: Final Interview
The final interview phase involves all key decision-makers and is crucial for making a well-informed hiring decision. A verbal offer and then a physical offer is extended to the chosen candidate, contingent upon satisfactory reference checks.

Stage 6: Offer & Onboarding
We collaborate closely with the hiring manager to implement a comprehensive onboarding process.
This includes providing our specialized onboarding materials to ensure the new hire is effectively integrated into the company, guaranteeing a successful start and a productive first 30 days.
